Our suites

Our two suites Montes and Castella offer guests holiday accommodation in a class of its own: perfect for those who are looking for a higher standard, but still don’t want to miss out on a family atmosphere and lived-in hospitality.

Enjoy the sun’s rays at breakfast or the evening by candlelight on the spacious balcony with a magnificent panoramic view of the wine village of Kaltern and the illuminated castles.

In our suites you will find modern comfort with homely and lovingly placed accents. In addition, both suites have their own covered 15 sqm balcony with whirlpool.

• Local tax
  The local tax of 2 € per guest and night will be charged additionally.
• Payment
  The booking becomes binding after we have received a deposit of 200€ and the booking confirmation. You can pay the bill in cash or by bank transfer.
• Arrival and departure
  Arrival: Your accommodation will be at your disposal from 2 pm.
  Departure: Please vacate your flat by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure for final cleaning.
• Cancellation insurance
  We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you are well covered should the worst happen. If for any reason you are unable to start your trip or have to leave early, this is unpleasant for both you and us without the appropriate insurance. So take precautions.
• Our cancellation conditions
  Up to one month before arrival you can cancel free of charge and receive your deposit back. After that, you will have to pay the full amount.

Please inform us as early as possible if you cannot start your holiday.
